Hashbrown Casserole

Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (about 30 ounces) frozen  hash brown potatoes
  • 1-2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom  Soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  • Set the oven to 350°F. Spray a  baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Stir all the ingredients together and place in baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes.
