Enchilada Soup

This was tasty!!! Turkey Melts

Ingredients:  (4 sandwiches) 4 Brioche buns Cheddar cheese slices .75 pound of fresh sliced turkey meat from deli Tomato (optional) Directions: Top Wes's sandwich with 3 slices and mine with 2. Top with cheese and leave open faced in oven. Once out of the oven add tomato and mayo or mustard.  Cook at 300 for about 10 min or until cheese is melted.

PW Smothered Pork Chops

Thanksgiving Turkey and Brine

Turkey 2021 we had a 16lb (BRINED) turkey. That was a good size. Cooked for 2 hours and it was done. Cooked at 350 to get the skin crispy. Rested for 45-60 min and it was still hot. Crockpot Italian Beef Sandwiches

Chicken Tinga Tacos

Another Pinch of Yum Recipe ! I used rotissarie chicken and this was very easy! Served in blue corn tortillas! Leftovers would make great burritos with rice and beans!

Teriyaki Bowls

Tried to copy Tokyo Joe's! I like the Yeri Yeri Teriyaki Sauce. I cook the chicken in that. In a bowl place rice, cooked vegetables of choice, chicken and then serve with sriracha and teriyaki sauce. Yeri Yeri Teriyaki is also good with chicken skewers and you can use the leftover chicken in these bowls!

Taco & Burger Toppings

Want to keep of list of good toppers! Burgers: - Crispy onion strings - Heirloom tomatoes Tacos: -  corn and jalapenos: cook together until corn is soft. (used corn pack from Costco and 2 large Jalapenos) - pickled red onions (Whisk 1 cup warm water with 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs sugar, 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Pour over 1 red onion. Let sit 1 hour or up to 1 week)

Ingredients: Italian Dressing (Found a good version in salad dressing from Olive Garden) Naan Bread Deli Meat - Usually use turkey Cheese Toppings: banana peppers, tomatoes, etc Fold everything together and enjoy!
