Thanksgiving Turkey and Brine

2021 we had a 16lb (BRINED) turkey. That was a good size. Cooked for 2 hours and it was done. Cooked at 350 to get the skin crispy. Rested for 45-60 min and it was still hot.
Took out monday morning to thaw, should have taken out sunday
Bought a brine bag from KS that was nice.
