Good to make on the stove when it is too cold to grill.

These take me way back to my childhood when I used to get together with my best friends and we would make these, watch movies, then scarf them all down.  For me there is nothing better than a warm dessert topped with ice cream. And these hit the spot. A warm brownie with swirls of peanut butter. I've been making these for over 10 years, so you know they must be good! Ingredients: 1/3 cup chocolate chips  1 Tbs butter 1/3 cup peanut butter 2 Tbs vegetable oil 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp salt Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 325, and grease an 8x8 baking dish 2) Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave safe dish, until melted, stirring every 30 sec. Sausage Cheddar Soup

 From Taste of Home - Makes 3 servings plus a little for the girls 1/2 lb smoked sausage (or polish beef dogs from costco) 3 potatoes, diced 1/2 cup frozen corn 1 can chicken broth 3/4 cup 2% milk  1/2 cup cream (add 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch to thicken soup) 2/3 cup cheddar cheese 1 celery rib,  1 large carrot Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, slap ya mama First time was too thin so next time thicken with cornstarch. Thanksgiving Stuffing

1 long bag fresh sliced white bread from bakery 3 chicken thighs with skin and bone 5 eggs well beaten 1 cup cream 1 bunch celery 1 large onion 1/2 tsp sage 3-4 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper chicken broth (4-6 cups) Boil 3 thighs with 1 can chicken broth, water, CELERY SALT, salt and pepper Put 1 bag in a mixing bowl, add ground up ingredients, cream, seasonings, eggs, and 4 cups of broth.   Top casserole with butter, Bake at 350 with no lid for 1 hour stirring at 30 and 45 min _______________________________________ Notes: 2020 Got 1 big bag from King Soopers (long skinny bag). Boiled 3 chicken thighs in 6.5 cups broth and ended up using all of that (it reduced to about 5 cups?)  2021 Had to buy a loaf of white bread (cheap) and toast that since I could not find the bag. Used the toaster and then put in oven for little longer once cut up. It did NOT need as much broth as normal. Maybe used only 4-5 cups of the broth I simmered the thighs in.
