Sausage Cheddar Soup
From Taste of Home - Makes 3 servings plus a little for the girls
1/2 lb smoked sausage (or polish beef dogs from costco)
3 potatoes, diced
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 can chicken broth
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup cream (add 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch to thicken soup)
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1 celery rib,

Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, slap ya mama
First time was too thin so next time thicken with cornstarch. Try 1/2 or 1?
Cook Kielbasa, remove
Cook carrot and celery
Add broth, seasonings and potatoes and simmer for 15 min
Add corn, milk, cream and heat back up
Add sausage and cheese slowly
