Enchilada Soup

This was tasty!!! Turkey Melts

Ingredients:  (4 sandwiches) 4 Brioche buns Cheddar cheese slices .75 pound of fresh sliced turkey meat from deli Tomato (optional) Directions: Top Wes's sandwich with 3 slices and mine with 2. Top with cheese and leave open faced in oven. Once out of the oven add tomato and mayo or mustard.  Cook at 300 for about 10 min or until cheese is melted.

Thanksgiving Turkey and Brine

Turkey 2021 we had a 16lb (BRINED) turkey. That was a good size. Cooked for 2 hours and it was done. Cooked at 350 to get the skin crispy. Rested for 45-60 min and it was still hot.
