Cajun Steak & Gravy

Ingredients 2 lbs steak (use a cheap cut such as round steak) 3 celery stalks 1 small onion 1 green bell pepper garlic cajun seasoning beef broth Directions 1. Season steak with worchestire and cajun seasoning, sear on high heat. You want the bottom of the pan to have all the burnt bits. 2. Cook onions, peppers and celery on top of those black bits. When soft add garlic. 3. Add about 3 cups water and 3 cups beef broth and deglaze.  I used crockpot to sear and then set on high heat for 3-3.5 hours. The sauce reduces by about half by the time it is done cooking. Do not put too much beef broth in there because it will be way too salty. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
