Banana Bread
For this I used the corning ware white dish that is almost the same shape as a bread pan and it worked great!
I did not have buttermilk so I mixed together 1/2 cup milk (1 percent) and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. (Stir and let sit for 20min to curdle) . Could also half this.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1.2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 bananas
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs 1 at a time, add in bananas and mix.
Add in buttermilk and vanilla
Mix together flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl and then mix in.
Pour into buttered dish and bake for 60 min at 350 degrees
