Scalloped Potatoes

Nice easy recipe that turned out great!

I baked with a lid on for the first hour but it burned around the edges so next time maybe only use a lid for 30 minutes or not at all. 
I also baked at 350 for 90 minutes since that is what my oven was set at for the ham.

Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
6 larger russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 Tb flour
3 Tb butter
2.5 cups milk
Cheddar cheese (1.5-2 cups)
Salt and pepper

Layer: potatoes / cheese / S&P 

Over top layer pour the roux and top with cheese.
