Polish Sausage Bites

This is a perfect potluck dish or can even be served as an appetizer. I was worried when I saw the ingredients but they actually complimented each other well. The sweetness of the preserves with the tang of the mustard - YUM! These lil' weenies went fast at the potluck, so I know they were good!


Ingredients:
2 pounds polish sausage (Kielbasa)
1 cup apricot preserves
1/3-1/2 cup dijon mustard 

Directions:
1) Cut up the Kielbasa into bite size pieces and put into crockpot
2) Mix the preserves and mustard together and then pour over the sausages.

3) Cook on low for 1-2 hours or until just warm.
