It looked so amazing I had to try cooking it - so I did and it was so good and easy!
Don't let fish be intimidating.

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbs honey
2-4 salmon filets
Siracha Sauce:
1 1/2 Tbs sweetened condensed milk
2-3 Tbs Siracha
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1) To make the Siracha sauce, combine all ingredients with a whisk, set aside.
2) In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water
3) In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, honey, and 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and then stir in the cornstarch mixture.
4) Continue to simmer and stir until the sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon. (2-4 minutes)
5) In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine teriyaki marinade and salmon filets; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
6) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
7) Place salmon filets along with the marinade onto prepared baking dish lined with foil and bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 18-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
