Cube Steak with Gravy

The meat was so tender some of it fell apart. YUM.

Ingredients:
4-6 cube steaks (roughly 1.5 lbs) 
1 can cream of mushroom
1/3 cup water
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
4-8 oz mushrooms (quartered is good for this recipe)
1 small onions, diced
salt and pepper 

Directions:
1) Add the soup, water, and soup mix to the pot and mix.
2) Add in the steaks and get them covered with gravy, top with veggies and get some gravy on those too (keeping the steaks on the bottom)
3) Heat on low for about 5-7 hours 
4) Serve with some potatoes!
